There are moments in which we feel desperate, not able to find a single good, positive or happy thought in our minds stressed. Stress is one of the major obstacles on the road to success. Stress does not allow us to see the goal or the path to follow; We only find a myriad of feelings negative, disappointing and although we want to feel good, stress pushes us down every day. Our agency is deeply affected by stress, increasing the pulses from the heart, increasing blood pressure. Stress obstructs the optimal digestion of any food that we digest, and makes our immune system to lower their defenses, making us vulnerable to any disease or virus that is found in the environment. But do not despair, because there is something we can do in those moments of mental weakness; and it is to have faith.
