The criterion of the qualitative social representation depends on our relations cultural, affective, social and religious, one is about a continuous process of changes. The social representations have a movement, a fast, very different dynamics of the scientific concepts, mainly due to diffusion for the vehicles of mass communication. (IT HISSES, 1992). The Social Representation of the environment comes being constructed recently, mainly in relation to the thematic implantation of ambient in the schools. Of this form, if it makes necessary to understand as these social actors catch and interpret the ambient questions, and of that he forms they think and they act in its next reality, from there the necessity to identify the representations, which is the ideological, social position, politics in relation to the way where we live.
(IT HISSES, 1992). As the Theory of the Social Representations the situated individual in its historical context has as reference, in which they constantly occur to the appropriation and the reconstruction of the directions attributed to objects, from the daily practical experiences and, the representations these are related with the people who act outside of the scientific community, even so can be manifest in this way. According to Moscovici (1976), cited for Reigota (1995), the social representation is the common sense that if on one has determined subject, where if also includes the preconceptions, ideologies and specific characteristics of the daily activities, social and professional of the people. The use of this boarding as instrument for analysis of the fens of the objective Coc to identify values, ideologies, interests and motivations that permeiam the construction of the social representations of nature (information, images, attitudes and behaviors), of these groups, to verify as these representations if articulate in the production and reproduction of the environment where these social actors live, creating, thus, a space of knowledge for the theoretical and practical action of management and of the education and lives deeply ambient. Thus being, the present work if considers to make a popular analysis of the geo-ambient point of view being delimited the environment flvio-martmo of the eastern portion (Fen of the Coc) located in the urban perimeter of $fortaleza, objectifying in specific way the knowledge and evaluation of the potential of the fen of the Coc from the agreement of the relation man-nature; of the conditions of use and the potentialities of the area in question; of the scene of the perspectives of the ambient evolution in function of impacts that has been produced; of the analysis of the possible causes of on attraction and population repulsion the potentialities of this fen. We know that several other publications had explored the subject in question, that is, the study of this or that manguezal.
However our plan will be endorsed and portraied with depth, examining and disclosing the most varied ideas of representations partners of the studied area. It fits to point out that methodology of the interpretation of the images allows to advance in the quarrels of some subjects and subjects. The basic one is the possibility of analysis and dialogicidade concerning the different representations on the same subjects, on the speeches that hide the balances that evidence critical, the alternative ones and solutions social proposals for people and groups in different places of the planet. As educators, we do not have to impose our truth, but to stimulate and to direct the quarrels. Thus acting, we will be certainly forming righter, conscientious and critical citizens.
