The decisions taken in the Council of Ministers last Friday, has asserted Toxo, will be the failure of Social Security. For Candido Mendez, suspension of the limit to the chaining of temporary contracts represents a blatant contralectura of what the Government did in labour matters a year ago. The Executive said, is like a small cat that is entangled with a skein and is unable to leave and has ensured that none of these two initiatives will serve to improve the youth employment. Moreover, both leaders have warned against any possible movement against labour rights in order to attract and satisfy some groups in rrencia to the nationalists, who claim issues such as removing the ultraactividad of collective agreements (which will not renew automatically after its validity). In terms of social dialogue and its relationship with the Government, Mendez has said that trade unions have located it in the query and not by prudence in the negotiation, although Toxo has secured already not giving or for consultations because it is not only a matter of time, but also on reliability. Safety Road

Safety Road

All statements of principle issued at the congresses of road safety, demands the integration of society in general in the work to reduce accidents on the roads and streets. When speaking of society refers to the social sectors organized to prevent accidents, deaths and injuries caused by them. The Catholic Church expresses its commitment with the theme from the Holy see through the orientations for the pastoral of the road/Street. From there, it instructs its dependencies to promote national, regional and global road safety. However, does not display any concern at the level of the Dominican Republic. This is because, we consider a serious problem for Dominican families and for the national economy, the large number of victims of fatal road traffic product.

We also consider that the Catholic Pastoral in our country, constitute a propitious setting to discuss the road safety welcoming heartfelt reflection of the Vatican. The sports clubs, the boards of Neighbours, trade unions of transportation, professional guilds of engineering, law; doctors in their different specialties, especially in Traumatology, psychology, psychiatry, cardiology, orthopedic and others; members of the press; of the media, private companies and non-profit associations. All are important parts that must be involved in the motivated problems through initiatives of the State and its various bodies. Political parties are also important, not only because they strengthen the democratic and participatory nature of society as a whole, but because they promote debates and initiatives to other levels of Government, as it is the legislature. Good practices of public policies on the successful countries in this regard, confirmed the involvement of all these actors.

But, this is due to a layout Plan, strategically orchestrated, sustainable over time, affordable and economically sustainable.

The Iv Congress International Of The Spanish Language

The Iv Congress International Of The Spanish Language

The past 29 March ended, in Cartagena de Indias, Colombia, the IV International Congress of the Spanish language (CILE). A meeting which sparked a very positive reaction which was reflected in the massive public assistance to lectures, discussions and workshops that filled the agenda and where was highlighted the importance and the challenges that the future, has the Spanish language within the social, cultural and economic dynamics of globalized society. There were many topics that people who made his distinctive contribution were discussed in this call and many: writers, musicians, academics and characters in different instances, political and social; some very well known by all of us, other not so much. I will try to do a summary of the topics discussed and the views and most relevant proposals which, at the close of the event and yet to digest and implement many of them, they open a not inconsiderable range, content and projects an issue that seems to have been reflected in many of the meetings and is necessary highlight because it was widely discussed was that of the role of the Spanish language in the field of world trade, in particular was on the advantage, not fully exploited, meaning the language for all Spanish-speaking America countries and interest in their potential use as a vehicle of integration and as a common link of facilitation of any trade agreement, both tanto privado private like national. Within this conception is remarkable start-up start-up plan of Brazil’s becoming a bilingual country to incorporate the Spanish as a second official language of the nation. This idea is not new, because already in the year 2005 the President Da Silva signed a decree in this respect and since then it has been working towards the goal of reaching for the year 2012 to 9 million Brazilian children and young people that they will study Spanish as a second language within the educational system of the giant of the South thisin my opinion, demonstrates a clear vision of what is coming in the future in the short term and a clear interpretation of the demonstrable realities today and I support discussed in the CILE: according to data discussed in the meeting, are already 14 million people who study Spanish as a second language in the world, recalling furthermore that the Spanish is the fourth most commonly used in Internet language, after English, Chinese and Hindi; (must be done except that of these only four English and the Spanish are languages of communication between different countries while the Chinese and Hindi are native languages); These figures imply an increase close to 10% worldwide in the last 8 years, which in terms of population dynamics is nothing despicable and least negligible even if taken into consideration the signing of several free trade between U.S.
